What ingredients does it contain?

It contains one ingredient: 100% Australian grass-fed whey protein concentrate (milk).

Does it contain sweeteners or flavouring?

No. The Unflavoured formula contains no sweeteners, added flavouring, fillers or sugar alcohols.

Is it dairy free or lactose free?

No. Whey protein is derived from milk and this product contains lactose. It is not suitable for people with a milk allergy.

What is the difference between whey concentrate and whey isolate?

Whey concentrate is less processed and naturally retains small amounts of milk fat and carbohydrate. Whey isolate is further filtered and generally contains less lactose, fat and carbohydrate.

How should I take it?

Mix 30g with 250–300ml of water or your preferred milk. You can also add it to smoothies, breakfast, baking or savoury recipes.

How many serves are in the pouch?

The 900g pouch contains approximately 30 serves when using a 30g serving size.
