We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from Tasmania via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 AUD — 3 to 7 business days
• Standard Shipping — $11.00 AUD — 3 to 7 business days
• Express Shipping — $15.00 AUD — 1 to 3 business days

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders over $99 AUD. No discount code required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your delivery at auspost.com.au.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post volumes, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control. Remote and rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
