Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder blends Australian grass-fed hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides (Type I and III) with buttermilk, natural vanilla and monk fruit. Each 15g serve has 11.3g of protein and less than 1g of sugar, and the 450g pouch holds 30 serves. It has a smooth, creamy vanilla taste that suits lattes, smoothies and porridge.

How to use

  1. Add one 15g serve (about 2 heaped tablespoons) to around 300ml of milk, plant milk or water.
  2. Shake, whisk or blend. It mixes into hot or cold drinks.
  3. Chief says the collagen is heat-stable up to 300°C, so you can also stir it into porridge or use it in pancakes and muffins.

  1. Add one 15g serve to a mug with a splash of warm milk and stir into a smooth paste.
  2. Pour in a shot of espresso or a cup of brewed coffee.

Is Chief collagen powder a complete protein?

No. Collagen is naturally low in the amino acid tryptophan, so it isn't a complete protein like whey. Use it as part of a varied diet; Chief Grass-Fed Whey Vanilla is the complete-protein option.
