Is Chief Creamy Vanilla Whey Protein grass-fed?

Yes. It uses whey protein concentrate sourced from Australian grass-fed dairy cows.

Does it contain artificial sweeteners?

No. It contains no artificial sweeteners or added sugar and is sweetened with monk fruit extract.

Does this whey protein contain dairy or lactose?

Yes. Whey is made from milk, so this product contains dairy and lactose. It is not suitable for a milk allergy and may not suit everyone who is lactose intolerant.

What is the difference between whey concentrate and whey isolate?

Whey concentrate is less processed and retains more of milk’s naturally occurring compounds. Whey isolate generally contains more protein per gram and less lactose.

How should I take it?
